CRITICAL MASS

It was brought to my attention by my lovely girlfriend that it has reached that time of the month again....No, not her period Stupid! It's about to be the last Friday of the month! What does that mean?!? CRITICAL MASS! Sorry guys, it's late and I'm having way too much fun doing these blogs.  But if you don't know what critical mass is then I will explain...Critical Mass is a supposed to be a peaceful demonstration of a huge amount of cyclists (or lunatics on bikes that really hate rush hour drivers) that get together at the Ferry Building at the Embarcadero around 7pm every last Friday of the month and bike through the city as a "mass."  It's really an awesome sight.  Riders and pedestrians take pictures, the amount of bikes on the road stops traffic, and usually now the event is escorted by police.  The coppers are actually on our side for a night! haha.  There's also people that tie-down huge speakers on trailers that bump loud discoteca music to get everyone hyped as we parade down the streets of SF.  So if you've got a bike, join in.  It's a lot of fun and it's also a great opportunity to meet some cool people and see some cool bikes.
